The room was spacious and had a very comfortable bed, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The central location was a definite bonus.

Liked our good stay for my business trip. Spacious hotel with an amazing pool and a great and handy location in very city centre of Kuala Lumpur in a skyscraper. Location: the property was right by the airport in Singapore, Petronas Towers and main shopping centre and Metro and other shopping malls. The bed was lovely and the room was impressive and tidy...

The morning breakfast was absolutely fantastic with the Executive Premier Rom rate and an outstanding view, as for instance. We stayed here before and would like to stay there on the next trip❤

I was pleasantly surprised by the luxurious ambience at this hotel. The attention to detail, from the TV in the bathroom to the selection of bars and restaurants, made me feel like a VIP. The prices were very fair for the high standard of the place. The location was also very convenient for shopping, sightseeing, and getting around the city. The working staff were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a luxurious stay.

Really good price with breakfast included (delicious and very varied: western and malay food, on the 27th floor restaurant). Next to the lrt train so it was easy to get to any point of the city. It`s more business that touristic hotel so it`s really quiet, without families. Ver comfortable with any service you may need. Very attentive and kind staff (especially bellboys). After check out we wanted to have a shower on the afternoon before the long flight and it was possible without any problem. A perfect place for a young couple.

The reception staff was a little stiff (maybe it was because of that we were the only backpackers in the hotel:)

The pool area is great, and the breakfast included with the executive premier room is excellent with a variety of options, including omelettes. The room is well-equipped, with a very good bathroom and amenities such as an iron and tea/coffee.

Arrived at 11 pm to find all restaurant in the hotel under maintainance so I had to have my food at room. Staff, specially at the restaurant are not well trained; I.e the attitude and professionalism from a 5 statrs hotel staff doesn't exist. Thier attitude reflects that they are not treated well by thier managers

We had an AMAZING stay on vacation. The location was marvellous, with easy access to a shopping mall and convenience stores.

The hotel's location in an office building sets it apart from other hotels in the area. Despite this, it is still in walking distance of many attractions, including a few restaurants on a connecting bridge. The gym offers an excellent selection of equipment.

There were a few minor issues with room amenities, such as the aircon temperature being hard to control and inconsistent pillow comfort.

Room style and accomodities Near from the train station and the KLCC

It is located close to the Ampang Park LRT station.

It shared the same building and elevator with an office building, i.e. G-Tower. The hotel is located at the 11 - 13 floors. Thus, during working days, waiting for elevator could take a while. Breakfast is served at the 26th floor. Unfortunately, they do not welcome kids below 12 years old. So if you have kids, stay away from this hotel, unless you want to order the breakfast to be delivered to your room. Breakfast spread was rather limited, and certainly did not match the rate of the hotel.

The hotel offers two complementary services during the stay which is a nice touch. The location of the hotel is great, within walking distance to major landmarks and attractions. The rooftop pool offers a breathtaking view of the city and the gym provides all the necessary equipment needed for a workout.

The breakfast selection is limited and guests may experience long waits for a table. the ongoing construction work in the surrounding areas can be bothersome and can block views from the pool or rooftop bar.

Great location, clean room, friendly staff, comfy bed, nice pool.

Nothing to dislike.
